Abbeyfolk are a 5 piece ballad group from the heart of ireland and are a Great Live band, full of energy and Up for the Craic. A fine example of real irish musicians from the heart of ireland. Abbeyfolk has been going since the1980`s. The only original member left is Jim ring on the whistle, they have clocked up thousands of miles playing all over the country in some great towns and pubs and have supported such Acts as The Fureys , Wolfe Tones, Sharon Shannon and Don Maclean.
